Job description
West Coast Sitters is searching for an experienced Nanny for a family in Vancouver (Cambie area). Children are 4.5yo and 9yo. The schedule is Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8am – 7pm (Total of 40hrs per week). The rate is $30 – $32 per hour – rates are determined based experience, education and skills. Benefits are included!
- Childcare for 2 children: 4.5yo and 9yo (kids attend school between 9am-3pm)
- Light Housekeeping (laundry, organizing, wiping/sanitizing common areas, light vacuuming, unload/load dishwasher/washing dishes, throwing out the trash/recycling)
- Meal prepping and cooking for the family
- Engaging in various indoor and outdoor activities with the children
- Following the children’s daily routines (activities, meals/snack, nap time, etc.)
Location
Cambie (near Douglas Park), Vancouver
Schedule
Monday – Friday, between 8am – 4pm (end time ranges between 4pm and 6pm)
Minumum of 45 hours per week

Nanny Rate
Yearly Annual Gross Salary ranges between $65,500 – $ $75,000 per year – Salary is determined based on your experience, education and skills.
Job Requirements
- Must be Eligible to work in Canada
- Over 19 years old
- Minimum 2 years of Child Care experience
- 2-3 Childcare References
- CPR and First Aid Certificate (Required – prior to hire date)
- Criminal Record Check (Required prior to hire date)
