All nannies are screened and have many years of child care experience. West Coast Sitters strongly believes that choosing the right nanny for your family is extremely important. It is our top priority as a premium nanny agency to match families with nannies who are experienced, passionate, energetic, and engaging with children.
How it Works
The first step is to contact us so that we can speak with you in greater detail regarding your family’s unique needs and desires for childcare.
Once you have decided to have West Coast Sitters help you in your nanny search, we will get to work right away! Here’s what you can expect from us following your initial consultation:
- We spend 2-6 weeks searching for a nanny who best suits your family’s needs!
- We interview and screen all potential nanny candidates.
- We will choose 2-3 nannies who we feel would make an excellent match for your family.
- We will send your family the profiles and bios of the potential nanny candidates.
- Once you are ready to meet with 2 or more nannies, we will set up a date for your family to meet with the potential nanny candidates.
- We will arrange a date for your family to meet with the potential nanny candidates.
- Final step! After you have interviewed the potential nanny candidates, you can choose 1 or 2 candidates to do a trial for one 4 hour day. Test trials are not a requirement, however it is a helpful step to finding the perfect nanny for your family.
