Placement Fee
Placement Fees are 12% of the nanny’s total annual gross income. This is a one-time fee and is paid by the family once a nanny placement is made. (Minimum fee for nanny placements is $2,500)
Search Fee
The initial search fee is $300.00. The search fee is non-refundable.
Nanny Rates
Rates for Nannies range from $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on the number of children, experience, education and job responsibilities.
Payroll & Work Safe Insurance
Families are responsible for enrolling their nanny with payroll and following the Employment of Standards Act of BC. If your nanny works over 8 hours per week, registering for Work Safe Insurance will be required.
Full Time Nanny Placement (30-40+ hours per week)
Included In the Placement Fee for Full-time Placements
On-going support from our agency for the duration of your nanny’s employment (up to 1 year!)
Payroll Services and Work Safe Insurance enrolment are included with the placement fee. We have partnered with Linh at Care Giver Tax Services to help families with this process.
Premium Package Plan! Includes up to 5 babysitting bookings per month. This can come handy in case your nanny is away, sick or unavailable.
