Job description
West Coast Sitters is searching for a Full-Time Nanny for a sweet 5yo boy and newborn (due in May 2025). The schedule is 5x OR 4x per week (Your Choice) – Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm. The hourly rate ranges between $27 – $31/hr, depending on our experience, education and skills. Class 5 Driver Licence Required – Spare car is provided.
- Childcare for a 5yo boy and newborn (due in May 2025) – Mostly for the 5yo child
- Assisting with homework
- Engaging in various activities, as well as various indoor and outdoor activities with the child
- Meal Prepping and Cooking for the child
- Light Housekeeping (Tidying up after yourself and the child, child’s laundry, unload/load dish washer, throwing out the trash/recycling, wiping counters and organizing children’s areas)
- Following the children’s daily routines (activities, meals/snack, nap time, etc.)
Location
Delta, BC , Vancouver BC
Schedule
Option 1:
5x per week – Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm (Total average of 40 hrs per week)
Option 2:
4x per week (ANY 4 days between Monday – Friday). Hours are from 8am – 4pm (Total average of 32hrs per week)

Job Requirements
- Must be Eligible to work in Canada
- Over 19 years old
- Minimum 2 years of Child Care experience
- Class 5 Driver License Required – Spare Car is provided
- 2-3 Childcare References
- CPR and First Aid Certificate (Required – to hire date)
- Criminal Record Check (Required prior to hire date and paid for by the agency
