West Coast Sitters is searching for an experienced Full-time Nanny for an adorable newborn (3.5mo old baby). Family has 2 cats – must be okay with cats. The location is in the South Vancouver/Mount Pleasant area. The schedule is Mon – Fri from 9am – 5pm (Minimum 40 hrs per week). The rate ranges between $27 – $30 per hr, depending on experience, education and skills. PERKS: Extended Healthcare Insurance (70% coverage for Dental, medical, prescriptions, massage, physio, and more) or Commuter Benefit ($111 per month towards your commute).
- Childcare for a 3 month old infant
- Light Housekeeping tasks (Tidying up after yourself and the children, children’s laundry, cleaning baby’s milk bottles, unload/load dishwasher/washing dishes, throwing out the trash/recycling)
- Meal prepping and cooking for the children
- Engaging in various indoor and outdoor activities with the children
- Following the children’s daily routines (activities, meals/snack, nap time, etc.)

The schedule is Mon – Fri starting between 9am – 5pm

Nanny Rate
The rate range is between $27 – $30 per hour – nanny rates are determined based on experience, education and skills
Job Requirements
- Must be Eligible to work in Canada
- Over 19 years old
- Minimum 2 years of Child Care experience
- Minimum 1 year of Infant experience (ages 6 months or under)
- 2-3 Childcare References
- CPR and First Aid Certificate (Required – prior to hire date)
- Criminal Record Check (Required prior to hire date)
